Split Diner

Definitely can eat and drink, talking much more difficult. We were impressed with the cocktails and service at bar and table. The food was delicious. Great variety of choice in the menu. The quality and presentation of meals was beautiful. Our only negative, tables in bar area, just a couple of metres from vocalist aren’t appropriate for dinner groups. Music far too loud during dining and hoards of teenagers arriving from 8:30–9pm crowded us – it was unrelenting for the rest of our meal. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our food but would only return if sitting in the back area away from bar and music was assured.

Had lunch here today. It was AMAZING! I had the grilled haloumi salad with added lamb skewers with a homemade sauce. It wasn't cheap, but well worth it! Also, the portion size is large. Service was impeccable. And Camden is such a lovely place - I honestly felt like I was in a country town, not suburbia.

Great service, good cocktails. Very unimpressed with mains, medium rare $40 steak over cooked and really not what you would expect, looked like a steak bought from Aldi. Mushroom sauce tasty but stone cold. Red wine jus tasted like chutney. We would definitely return for drinks, bar is beautiful and good atmosphere.

Had an engagement party organised at Barenz this past weekend, and couldn't be more stoked with how well everything went - biggest reason being how wonderful and accommodating all of the staff were, and how happy they were to assist in making sure everything ran smoothly, and ensuring we were looked after the whole night. Courtyard space was beautifully decorated and made the perfect venue. Special mention to Jai and Angelique who were both incredibly attentive and helpful in running the event. Thanks again! :)

My friend and I went for dinner before a concert. I tried the Barra and it was very nice, highly recommend it. If I get the opportunity, I'll go again. However, it was busy (a very good sign), it was loud. To the point where my friend and I were raising our voices to be heard. Being put at a table in a thoroughfare didn't help. All in all the food out weighted my discomfort
