Hardee's

This is the 3rd time this week I have been there and received over cooked food. Plus do you see the size of one of those chicken tenders. I really do believe they reheat the onion rings and chicken tenders in the fryer again. I don't think I will ever stop at that Hardee's again. Which is a shame since Hardee's is my favorite fast food place.

Amazing there was a 10 min wait but they were busy so it was fine. When i did get my food after pulling up and young gentleman brought me my food and apologized for the wait and said everything was fresh and it was...but he wasn’t wearing a name tag but i asked him his name and he didn’t catch a attitude like others i’ve seen there just told me his name and asked if something was wrong...Daniel was very polite and was full of respect! I highly recommend this place.

Drive thru only open, had us pull up although no one behind us, brought food out and burgers were so greasy the box was already falling apart and the packaging on the other was leaking. I took food back up to window. The GM Val was very rude insisting it was fresh off the grill. Let’s me not forget to mention she did not have a mask on at anytime. Upon showing her the grease dripping off sandwich and the other burger literally in pieces and not a full burger. She continued to argue with me. I asked for my money back which was $18 and change. She gave me the change and I left. Once across the street to get better food I noticed she had only given back $13 in change. I called and she was rude again telling me to bring the drink and fries back. I laughed brought them back across the street and asked for her information for her and corporate to be wrote down. Taking the good back through the window. (Which also seems unsanitary and should be against state serve) Val refused to give me any information shutting the window on me multiple times. Then telling me to get out of her drive thru because there were cars coming behind me. There was no one. All she simply had to do was apologize like a good manager and offer how she could make it correct instead of belittling and arguing with a paying customer.
