Taco Bell

I ordered my food on the website for the first time and set it for pick up. I finalized my checkout and payment as I was driving up to the Taco Bell, and as I pulled up to the drive thru, I mentioned I had ordered online. The employee asked my name and then continued to call me by my name throughout our short exchange. I really enjoyed that. My food was ready in maybe a minute or two and I felt as if I had been treated with great kindness and respect. I loved the whole experience. Definitely ordering online from now on.

Update: Took my kids for dinner 4.19.22, and read them this review @ 6am while they were eating breakfast & they said it was still good. Food was hot & it was very good. So they keep the 5 Stars🙂 They keep it clean & the service is very good. Just updated to 5 stars. Great improvement in food & service. Really, when ppl who work in food have good vibes, it shows in the prep, cooking, serving, to customer eating the food. For fast food, this place made great improvements in all areas.

Only giving one star because 0 wasn’t an option. Worst fast food experience in a while. Went through the drive thru and the person on the headset and at the window was extremely rude. After getting our order, realized they got it wrong. Drove back around and took it inside to let them know. The lady at the counter was extremely nice about the situation but the lady who she talked to (I’m assuming she was the manager) was rude to not only her but was being extremely rude and talking loud enough to where I could hear her about the order. They wouldn’t swap the wrong order out and I ended up having to pay for the correct order. 0/10 would not recommend. Most rude and unprofessional place I’ve been into in a long time.

If this was the last source of food, I'd simply choose to starve. Taco Bell as a whole is screwy, takes a menu item that is loved by many (the quasarito), and makes it app exclusive. They also don't update the app, so you're able to order things that a location is not guaranteed to even have any more. Over a week ago I did just that, ordered fries through the app, only to find out this location doesn't even have fries anymore. Still have no received a refund, just spent $20 on a meal I never got at one of the worst times for our economy. Thanks Taco Bell, but never again. Also, staff is rather rude, and this is one of those locations where they tell you not to pull up until the food is ready so it keeps their time looking better. Bunch of snakes

I go to taco bell most mornings for the great breakfast but I have had to stop because I get in trouble when I spend too much time waiting for someone to take my order at the drive through, moral of your story, if you're open at 8, be open at 8, if you're open at 7, be open at 7, but I don't think waiting 10-15 min. For service should be normal. Just an opinion from someone who's worked in the food service industry.
