Night manager on 5/5/22 had a very nasty mouth toward customers cussing very loud to other employees about me standing at counter waiting on my food, thinking I was watching her every move on my food as I was talking to another customer which was standing at counter as well.I work in food myself I get it is aggravating customers watching your every move which I was not. She need to go back home and get better training from her momma. Pretty sure it was done on purpose she WAY messed our food.

They can't use the mobile app. The manager said there's nothing they could do. The 1 dollar hamburger cost 5 and it was made wrong. It must be Hell to go through life not qualified to work in a fast food restaurant. I won't go back.

They need better customer service for sure,when I stop to the Wendy’s window I’m not asking for nothing free so …. Don’t look at me like you want to get your gun out ,,, by the way they hiring if you a happy person you need to apply .

Seems like they have more people that work there at one time more than their patience. People just walking around but, food don't get put first. This probably don't have anything to do with the restaurant but, you do have people walking around the restaurant that are asking for money. Need to rectify this before it becomes a problem.

20 minutes to get through to the window. Watched the frosty sit there and melt while they're waiting on the rest of the food. My burger was made incorrectly, frosty melted (had to get vanilla because the chocolate was out), fries were ice cold and couldn't serve the apples to my daughter because they were rotten - very brown and mushy. When asked for ketchup I had to wait while they looked for some. It was a joke.

I had a friend recommend the breakfast "sandwich" and went on and on about the great bread. So... I ordered the breakfast "sandwich. " After I left, I discovered I'd gotten the breakfast "biscuit" and it was not a good biscuit. ☹

I think I'll stick with the potatoes! I wanted a jr. bacon cheeseburger, but I got no cheese and no bacon. That's the part of the lettuce I usually throw away. Cashier was very courteous and friendly!

We pulled up to the drive through speaker and waited. Finally someone said, “One second please.” A few minutes later we drove away, having watched the person who spoke to us print off a receipt and then walk away, and the person in the other window texting away on her phone. There was no line inside or in the drive through. This is just bad customer service! Not even a “Hello, welcome to Wendy’s.”
