To start I have never had an issue with my coffee when I order from this Dunkin’. The three stars comes from multiple times from when my order was missing items. When mobile ordering when I’m spared for time I have left missing donuts that were not with the rest of my order. This is a common theme I have noticed here. The three stars also comes from receiving rock hard bagels. I’m not sure if their roster is broken but they seem to refuse to use it. They will “toast” bagels using the oven instead of the toaster making the bagel stone hard and inedible. When items from my order are missing consistently and items are inedible I find it hard to rate this Dunkin’ higher than three stars. I hope this helps future customers.

Worst!!! They always mess up in my pick up order, make me wait. New guy they hired never changed gloves or washes hands. Just disgusting.

Hard stale bagel, wrong cream cheese, and the frozen coffee drink was white when it was handed to me. It was far from busy and the cashier gave me a lot of attitude right away. This is why I go to Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts you should audit your city franchises. This had been a continuous problem.

I wonder if I can hit all the Dunks in the greater Boston area, if only as a testament of how much I prefer them over the one who shall not be named. Enough said.
