Dunkin'

My first post about anything I'm convinced it's intentional now and it's always during the weekdays morning shift when I'm heading to work every time i get the wrong order.this morning I ordered a chai latte I got milk on top with syrup on bottom and it not the first time .I didn't do anything wrong to these people or said anything negative I just order from the app and go about my business may god bless you all

i used to work on a different dunkin,so i know how to make all the orders. the dunkin inside harvard station is absolutely the worst, i keep making a mistake and every once in while go there and order something, they never get right. today hot coffee tasted like it being there all day, ice coffee was just cream and ice and worst off all today i ordered cooled it was sour ,and they chage it to an ice coffee for me but it was worst, i just throw it out and walked, the stuff was nice though. recipes number 7262326(order number 326)

A nice assortment of goodies to choose from. It looked just like the Harvard book store! The service wasn't great, but I'm still giving 5 stars because the place was really impressive! Cute little seating area but not much room. It was the off-season, so it wasn't super busy, but I can imagine running out of room if it did get busy! Best to grab-and-go during those times.
