Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. I just recently found out there was this one in Porter Sq. Needless to say, I’ve been a very happy camper! It’s not without a few drawbacks though. Seating is confusing, I have trouble with stairs and it’s not always easy to snag a table upstairs. They also don’t have any outdoor tables which I was a little sad about when I brought my dog one day. I’ve ordered and had stuff brought to my car and the orders have always been right. I think they should be harsher on making sure people are adhering to the 45min rule of staying at the tables on the top floor, on a busy day. Overall makes me feel like I’m at my favorite shopping center from where I grew up!

I have subscription with Panera for Coffee. I come this afternoon/ coffee was cold, I asked them if they could change it out, they told me that the Manager ( female) told them to not/. By the way I saw this manager sometimes here at this location/ she’s unkind with customers and doesn’t smile at all. All other employees are much better than her. Last time I wanted to put my phone number to get a coffee, she was yelling at me to remember to do so all the time. So unprofessional! I may even stop that subscription. No need to feel depressed!

The food is good.
Just don’t expect staff to bring out your food to you in under 10 minutes for curbside pickup. I’ve also tried in-store pickup with similar results.

Food is good they have brought back the french onion soup ❤️. i usually use the kiosk it seem to be faster . The location has a bunch of seating as well as a upper level and lower

Delivery is a miserable experience with tremendously long waits and often mistakes, their associated with DoorDash just makes things worse.
Staff in the restaurant is generally okay but often forgets to actually give you the thing you've ordered without asking for it.

I love this space, wonderful soups, sandwiches and perfect service.

Other Panera Breads have a much better coffee roast for their lattes, and they bring them out to you hot. This wasn't the case here at all.
