Marks And Spencer

I went to this M&S yesterday (24/02/23) and it was excellent the staff were amazing they were very polite, very respectful. There was one staff in particular named Tyler he was a real gentleman for helping me find different various of foods, he fulfilled my purchase, I was very impressed about all staff in general.

Visited the Cambridge M&S café yesterday and would like to say that I was very impressed with the staff’s “service with a smile “and the constant cleaning regime they had put in place. Also, we found very helpful, pleasant staff in both the store with the food hall and the other separate store. These are the standards that we appreciate and want to make us return.

The staff were simply great today and one lady in particular helped me as I had lost my purse in-between the 2 marks and Spencer stores and was in a panic, she got a chair so I could sit and check my bags again and went across to the food store and found my purse in the meantime , a customer had handed it in! There are some really good people out there!

I went into the marks and Spencers cafe and because of a medical problem and I was extremely hot I needed to sit down while my sister queued up. As soon as I sat down a young man came over and offered to clear the tables , he asked if I wanted the table wiped, I said yes and he came back straight away to do it. I asked him if they did a glass of water and he offered to get me one. He was very busy clearing tables and returned asking if I wanted another one as he obviously noticed my empty glass and brought me a second. He was very friendly, kind and efficient. Within a couple of minutes he came back with my sister and a tray full of our lunch which was beyond helpful. So thank Matt for being so lovely and caring. Linda S
