Placed my order and guy got it wrong and had to remake my daughter hot cocoa. I asked for a salted pretzel he gave me a plain pretzel which I didn’t realize until I got home. And I like cheese with my pretzel which they did not have. I do not recommend this place at all

This place needs cleaning. Please have your workers clean the area in which they work. From the person making of the dough to the cashier who handles the money with gloves and also handles the food with SAME GLOVES. We have been in the past year in a half working towards the prevention of germs. It frightens me when I see young people not giving cleanliness a second thought I traveled a distance to get a pretzel, but I left and did not order my favorite because I saw that your facility looked UNCLEAN.
