Panda Express

It was about 9:15pm, they close at 10pm. If your still open and taking orders and money from customers. I deserve the same courtesy as everyone else if it was durn the day. I understand the store was getting ready to close but it wasn't. I understand you ran out of some foods, I still chose what was left, I chose the Brown rice, Orange chicken and some other kind of Seed Orange chicken. The brown rice was Hard, cold, nasty and it was very Uncooked. The orange chicken looks like shrimp and not chicken, and because I am hungry I will eat the orange chicken, but The brown rice which is a big platter, I can't eat that, It's uncooked, like really.☹️ I can hear the rice hit the plate, that is how hard and loud it is. I am very disappointed with my food tonight. I just got off work, you close at 10pm and I showed up in the drive thru at 9:15, 9:20pm, Whatever time it was I deserve better service then this. I promise, I am sure you would complain as well, if your spending your money and the service is bad, you already don't have what I wanted. You are human just like everyone else, just working at this location. **Update, after writing my review, No wonder. Do they even look at their reviews themselves, maybe they will learn something, My dog doesn't even wanna eat the Rice. And it's clearly people durn the day time don't get better services. I'm surprised its a 3.6 star rating at this point.

Googled the store hours and it shows that they open at 10am. Upon arrival I’m told that they open at10:30am so I sat for 30mins, only to be told to another wait 15mins later. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and I’m still outside standing waiting. No supervisor/manager has come to let me know what’s the wait for. I’m a truck driver that pulled over to grab so early lunch and with no explain I’m just standing out here waiting. Definitely calling corporate. I should have read the reviews before even coming here it would of saved the headache.

Let me start by saying this is my third time visiting this Panda Express and it’s just horrible but it’s my fought because I keep giving them my money. Visited this location on 11/16, waited in drive thru for 20 min just to get home and rice was mushy and food was old. Called and spoke to Irene a shift lead who said I can come back and they would replace meal. I had a plate and bowl, I told her I didn’t know what the bowl taste like because it wasn’t mine. Of coarse bowl was horrible as well. Go in 11/17 soon as they open spoke with Irene in turn was not apologetic and also look like she was annoyed. I told her about the bowl as well was no good and she refused to replace it. I asked her again was she refusing to replace it. She said we never talked about the bowl. The scary part is that she is a shift lead and the manager was standing there and never intervened. Irene is TRASH and I will never come back, you lead by example. Called corporate, who was really nice and refunded the money. I wouldn’t wast my money at this particular location.
