Sub Delights

Good generous portions. All the meats and cheeses are cut fresh, not portioned out into tiny little packets hours ahead of time like the chain sub shops. The building is a complete dump, so don't expect much there...not very pleasant for eat-in, but worth it because the food is good, or you can do carry-out. The subs are BIG...I have family members that get a foot long at Subway, but can fill up on a 6-inch here. When not hungry for a big meal, their 3-inch "teaser" makes a great snack. I've eaten here many times in the past years.

The sandwiches are HUGE. A six inch will fill you up more than a 12 inch Subway because they pile on the meat. Same owner for 20+ years who appreciates his customers. The meatball sandwich is so big that they serve it in a to go type box with a fork and knife. It's tasty, and you will eat it with the fork. You won't believe how much meat you get on the Italian.

Went in to order a sandwich and asked for salt...not pepper...never did the word pepper ever leave my mouth...yet the woman putting the veggies and toppings on the sandwiches put pepper on it....I have an allergy to pepper and if I eat it I start throwing up....she took the pickles with pepper on them and threw them back in the bin with the other pickles and didn't even offer to wipe the pepper off or offer to remake the sandwich...when it comes to sandwiches you should have common sense to know that pepper will stick to everything...as far as customer service and satisfaction goes this place just doesn't seem to care...its just not good business to screw something up and not at least offer to fix it
