The best Mexican restaurant we’ve been to here in Calgary. If you want to eat and try the authentic taste of Mexican food then you need to come and visit here. Their food and drinks are the best. I have been working in a Mexican restaurant in the U.S with the real Mexican cook and owner for more than two years So I know how each meal taste, and in here they have it. We tried a lot of Mexican restaurant around here but BODEGA is the best. You should try it too if you happen to love Mexican food as well.

We have walked by this place so many times and regret not trying it sooner. Our food was amazing, fresh, and full of flavour. The Enchiladas Verde were a knockout, especially with the rice and beans they are served with. The Sopes were bright and full of flavour, and the cook on the corn flour shell was absolutely perfect! Their Bulldog might be the best we have ever had. For desert you must try their version of the Tres Leches cake, which isn’t as sweet as the traditional variation. The pricing is extremely fair, given the quality and execution of the dishes. They also have a daily special [See Photo]. The interior is casual, cozy, and colourful. The service was top notch. I believe the owner served us, and he was outstanding and very welcoming to us.

I visited Bodega randomly for lunch today with a colleague. We just chose a “new” restaurant. What a treat. Authentic Mexican cuisine in a laid back, casual setting. The food was delicious. Our server, Emily, was friendly and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this small local business. I will definitely be back!

We were actually going to different restaurant close by but it was closed and walked by this place. So glad we went in. Lunch was so good. Small little place and the guy serving us was so friendly and helpful going over the menu with us. We are only in Calgary for 2 more weeks but will definitely be back.
