The wait times at this Bojangles is just miserable. You're looking at 30 minutes or more, every time. Doesn't really matter what you get. They'll ask you to pull up so you don't mess up their meter time. The food is good, but just not worth it anymore. You may as well just to to a restaurant really.

Tried the Bo chicken sandwich the chicken was over cooked and bun was not fresh. If you are comparing to Popeyes and KFC not even close same price. The service was slow and my order was wrong but I can understand bad service because the shortage of people but you need to have good food to get repeat business. I would not take this food even if it were free

Took 30 minutes to get order completed. New hire couldn't find biscuits to place order. I ordered 2 picnic rounds to feed 4, only got 1. When I told them, they she said she only charged for 1 they'd The get in trouble to give me what i ordered. The kids didn't have enough to eat so I reordered another picnic round, 10 minutes to get them. I'm beyond disappointed with my service, next time I'm going next door to Burger King

Food was ok besides overly salty. Took 15 minutes to get a sandwich and tenders. Forgot to make 1 part and the staff didn't realize no biscuits were made. Bathrooms were nasty. Only 4 people working. Love bojangles but very disappointed.

Waiting in line for 20 minutes. It was 11:00. Had no chicken tenders ready, no chicken sandwiches ready and no southern chicken biscuits at all. Stated it would be at least 20 minutes before any lunch food would be ready. Poor customer service. Bad experience.

There was a 10 minute wait for chicken, but I understand. I then asked for chicken tenders, but the price was cheaper yet I paid the same for 3 small pieces. The Bo sauce was great.

The chicken tenders we're some of the best I've had anywhere. The restaurant was clean and the management seemed to really care about quality of their food. I would return.

Haven't ate here in 2 yrs. It was not a let down. Food was hot and delicious. Will be going back.
