Subway

Cancelled online order without my consent, sent email stating I cancelled my order, before email it said it was on the way, called 13 times said line busy each time after I got VM and hung up, contacted the guest experience online awaiting response. I guess this is the way restaurants in this day of age do business. Bring back value and empathy to businesses.

A one star rating is justice for this subway. I literally live 4 mins away from it so it’s very much so convenient but EVERY TIME I go there for some reason there is NEVER any soup. They always say “Not Today” . I’m starting to think they were trained to say this. The one today and when I said you guys never have it whenever I come, she said well it’s been so busy that I really don’t have time to go and get it from the back: smh What kind of restaurant loses money because they don’t have time? She wasn’t alone either so I honestly don’t understand. Don’t get me wrong it’s very clean and all but visiting this Subway is a headache when you can never get what you ask for. Why do I have to ride a little further down to give my money to Panera for soup? Do you think they’ll say oh we didn’t have time to make any today? Uh no. Someone even caught them saying previously that they ran out because employees were taking it home. There was a meeting a few months back at this same subway with the owners and employees inside and that was my opportunity to tell them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would do better but was I wrong . Subway is one of my favs and I eat at different ones throughout the week because of my traveling job so I don’t understand why this one never has soup. Signed still a disappointed customer.

Call ahead to make sure they’re open. Made sure I got there before 830pm, 823pm to be exact. Door was locked, lights off, everything put away. Lady in there was finishing wiping counters. Sign on door says new hours Mon-Sun 10-9pm, well it’s Tuesday the 29th and they ain’t open. Maybe get there before 8pm.
