This is a great Wendy's. The food is prepared consistently correct and the staff is on point.
( Which is not the norm at Byram fast food restaurants)

The Wendy's in Mississippi on HWY55 needs better management and worker training. Received the incorrect change, was givin the wrong order, burger was undercooked, and had to swat away Flys at the table. Other Wendy's I have been to are awesome and great food.

The workers have dry and rude attitudes. They won’t even say hello when you pull up to the window. They also screwed up my order big time. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Messed up my order, you can't go in & they don't care if it's wrong cause there's always a long line & they know you aren't going to wait in it again. Im through with WENDYS!! and those new fries,they had been sitting there for a while!!yuck!

The staff was the slowest worker's I've ever seen in my life they didn't care how slow the drive thru was moving and still got my order wrong.

Had good food only problem was I ordered a large sandwich recieved a small and was charged for a small. Did not realize it until we were home did not report because we got what we were charged for

I hate from witness today a baconator it was so delicious you just got to go and try it the service was fast also I really appreciate them taking their time out to give me great service
