Subway

I love subway but the customer service was dreadful. The lady serving me got the meat I wanted incorrect. I said chicken classic she heard chicken ceaser. I let her know as soon as I realised she had got them mixed up and instead of apologising and just changing the chicken she was furious with me, even though I had not done anything wrong? She didn’t replace the cheese which she put on the wrong chicken. Instead I had to insist I would pay for extra cheese. It was her mistake but she acted like I was a hard customer. I’m moving house today from Augusta to Perth. It’s already stressful enough without this bullsh*t service. She was incredibly rude and I would not return to this store again because of her.

Was served by a blonde girl yesterday Asked for a steak melt and the new chicken sub that is advertised the boy was willing to help and said yes but than the blonde girl said no we don't have that either. Which is fair enough given Busselton is so far from Perth. Continued on being served my golly she was so rude she literally dollops and smears a thick layer of aoli on my pizza melt and I asked if I could get half jalepenos she stared me right in the eye and put so many jalepenos all over my sub. It was a terrible experience for both my partner and I we felt like it was a racial problem cause we are coloured. Never the less we still love subway just definitely going to steer clear of Busselton.
