I took photos to explain the one star Our first time doing curbside service at this location, we schedule the 2:55 pick up. We checked in verified we were there using the app and the website. There were zero people going in and out of the store, we finally went in after 15 minutes because we were on the time frame to find there was nobody in the store at all just one employee. The employee would not communicate with us I think you might have just taken a break out back, I said three different things to him and every response was just a moan. He made our sub for us and forgot to put the bacon on the sub not a very good experience. The sub was also toasted which we never select. It was missing ham and only had turkey on it and missing bacon, We ordered the All American those items are standard on it The turkey that was on there looking the photo and see how small it was this is the uneaten half of the sandwich

Nope. Asked the guy to please heat up the chicken- I asked again to confirm that he did and he said yes. Nope the chicken was ice cold. The bread tasted old and looked deflated and the sandwich fell apart. I also asked for just mayo and it was drenched in the sweet onion sauce. Dripping out. I picked at in then threw it in the trash. Blah.

Apple Valley, MN Bathrooms not kept up or cleaned, one worker made 3 subs in 30 minutes, kept walking into back area leaving counter unattended. More customers left than were served. We ended up leaving without being served as well. August they closed this location or retrain staff. Don't bother going to this location.

2 working employees took 30 minutes to make 2 of my sandwhiches. There were 2 people in front of me and the workers were SUPER SUPER slow, as people were walking in and they didn't make a bit of an effort to pick up the pace as more customers walked in. Wouldn't recommend going here, especially if you're trying to make a quick stop like my husband and I were.
