😀 Pros: I love the fact that the food is Halal the food tastes pretty nice and smells fresh, customer service is average to decent, basically what you'd expect from a KFC franchise,
THINGS TO IMPROVE ON: waiting times, Extending your closing time to 1:00 am 2:00am.

They were every bizzy and I had to wait witch was fine I was happy to do so the food was lovely & hot the staff were really nice & friendly we all enjoyed our meal ,,,I was so happy they gave me a free drink because I had to wait thanks guys

The food from here is always good and it was still warm when I got it home unlike McDonald's where the food is cold when you get it. Also the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

KFC Colne road does some great choices from its menu, ranges of chicken options available however, they flavouring can be bland and did have an instance where it gave me food poisoning. However, their fries, and other family bucket meals are great in taste and value.

This is much better quality than Trafalgar Street, Burnley by far worth a visit.
Excellent service.
Better KFC app, original recipe offers have re-appeared since visiting this one.

I went to the KFC on Colne Road Burnley and was amazed at how this store can produce food to a much higher standard than other KFC stores in and around the area. I ordered a wicked variety bucket and got home to see it wasn't dripping in grease like other KFC meals have been.

If its KFC it has to be good. Food was awesome. But few things asked for supercharge which they didn't had. Bought about 10 odd meals so asked the guy to give me the bottle of drink instead and he said we don't do bottles.
While i was standing there for another order they gave bottle instead. So i asked the other staff to have bottle instead and she straightaway gave me the bottles.

Delicious chicken and awesome food all round. The burgers here are awesome and really filling. Situated in a prime location, right next to a cash machine! The service is fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend 10/10
