I went through the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich. They gave me the wrong sandwich and so I went back to get the sandwich I ordered I asked for extra oil and vinegar and extra onion like I always get. Let's say they must not have been happy about that because I open my sandwich up and it is swimming in oil and vinegar. Over kill! I give them a big F and it will probably be the last time I go. They lost a loyal customer.

3/23/2022. WOW! Normally really great food. What happened today? Delivered fast as usual but the usual great sandwiches were unrecognizable. #13 and # 12 lacked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, flavor. Someone hung over? Please get it together.

Every time I get Jimmy John's they're normally super fast and delivering I get it sometimes that they're swamped but if you call and place an order and they tell you 35 minutes and it takes almost an hour 15 to get delivered don't you think they should be more aware of it and then still on top of that they still want tips and they get angry if you don't tip them this is my first experience like this I've never had anything like it I love Jimmy John's don't get me wrong but if the service is going to continue like this I'd rather take my business elsewhere I would definitely come back and purchase more Jimmy John's if this service is better and what it used to be

Ordered a # 14 w extra bacon. Got home opened to find no bacon. I'll be checking sandwich before leaving for now on. Extra 3 bucks lesson learned

I normally have great service and I beat the lunch rush going through the drive through today. I ordered a LJ with just cheese for my 4yo and a veggie for me. They forgot half the ingredients for my veggie. They got rest of the order correct.

I love Jimmy John's! The food is not only fresh but super fast and delicious! It doesn't matter if you have a child's appetite or one that's big enough to eat a horse; there is something for everyone's appetite!

The food is good but the delivery needs to be a lot better. I work 1 mile away and it takes them close to an hour to deliver 1 sandwich and a cookie. That's not freaky fast to me.
