This Dunks is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. There is NO drive thru ! NOBODY CARES... This Dunkin location is A+ Top-Notch awesome ! Coffee is always fresh, donuts are HUGE & Fresh. And the best thing of all is if your lucky enough to be waited on by BIG-Mike ! This is my after-work Dunkin stop and to be honest, it's much more important than my morning stop. After a hard day's work and facing a 30+ minute traffic filled commute, I want, no, I NEED a good coffee (and a donut or 2) for the ride.

This was always my go to DD but not anymore. They never have enough staff - most of the time there is only one person working so the line is always out the door and product always out of stock. It's disgusting the the owners / management are not stepping up to help. If YOUR business is suffering you need to get in there, get your hands dirty and help your employees. So sad seeing all these businesses over working and underpaying their employees.

Usually when I go no issues, but when I got home and tasted I got old expresso and no caramel in my latte. I ordered extra caramel too.. I guess it all depends who makes the coffee. Wont go to this one on Monday anymore

Ordered two boxes of Joe today. Asked if everything was included. Was told yes. Got to our party, they only included cups and sweetener. No stirrers and not one drop of cream! WTH??????

Good coffee and sandwiches. My only issue with this dunkin's is it's understaffed every morning I've been there recently. One person taking an order, fulfilling that order and then taking next in line. I feel as though that's poor management. At 6:30 in the morning, there should never only be one person working the front.

I flew in from California last night, woke up this morning and walked 1/2 mile to DDs for my coffee and breakfast bagel. Well worth it!!! I'll be there every morning until I fly back. 5 stars aren't enough... Added bonus... The kids working were great

The two people making coffee and sandwiches were working hard while the short girl at the cash register kept talking to everyone else except the one she was waiting on. She had to ask me twice what I ordered so she could ring it up. This happened the last time I went in and she was there too.

Why can't they put butter in the muffins?
I've gone and asked twice for butter in my muffin and they just throw it back in the oven and throw more butter in the bag
