Dunkin'

It’s 4/7/2022 @ 7:30AM and I just left this dreary dunks after having the most rude spiteful service ever. There were two workers. And they both had an attitude. I walked in with my son and mother and the whole place was empty, my boy just ordered a latte and English muffin so it’s not like we had an overly complicated order. When we got to the front were met with a forced “can I help you?” after giving her our order the other girl making the English muffin THREW the dang bag on the counter like she could not stand the idea of decency towards us. Like wow, I hate playing the racist card but it’s the only thing I can think of after service like this. Maybe they had a problem with our headscarves? Whatever the case, worst most humiliating service ever.

No public restrooms!? I understand at the start of the pandemic, when we were all scrambling and unsure about what to do, closing down restrooms to limit contact points. But now, after all this time, to close bathrooms as an easier option than keeping them clean? Lazy, shorting ur customers, and makes me question the cleanliness of other areas. Pass

I went there to buy some decaf and some donuts. Most of the shelves were empty and there were no glazed donuts. The young lady who served me was very Rude. I made my order of glazed donuts and she told me that whatever I see in the shelves was all what they had for the day. I made a different order. I asked the lady if they were closing early that day and her rude answer was like "I don't know I don't close the store". Then she talked to the person who was in back room analyzing my question and saying some words I didn't understand. Why would people working in such a reputable company be so rude? Good to have little respect to customers but this is unlike other dunkin donuts..

Constantly getting the wrong order or bad service here. The two main staff that work here visibly do not care, stop to chat with regulars, and move at a snails pace. Broken lids spilling coffee on work clothes, upcharges because they can't hear past the plexi glass, and bad attitude is all you get here. Go to Pressed or Cafe Nero where you will receive a better product with better service.

We approach the store and it looks closed because the lights are off in the store and the Open sign is lying on a table. Donuts racks are sparse. I ordered Avocado toast and get a thin smear of avocado and 3 tomatoes on untoasted bread and it is served on a sandwich bag because they don't have any of the usual containers for the toast. Then I ask whereabouts of the ladies room and sm told the room is closed. Very strange store.
