Dunkin'

Extremely bad service we had to face. First time we got hash browns they were cold and not pleasant to eat, so naturally we went back to ask for warm ones and not these old ones. When they gave us the next ones they were hot of course, but went I when to eat one I found a burn, utterly disgusting (literally charcoal) hash browns. Half the staff seemed distracted and one seemed to put the work in but it's wasn't enough.

Apparently this place closes at 850pm, because when I got there and tried to order a cappuccino I was told they cleaned the machines and would not fulfill my order. I asked why she would clean a machine before closing the store, forcing customers who work the overnight and drove miles around to find a coffee place open to settle with a plain iced coffee, and she responded with a, "wHaTt?" Response. Last I remember employees should care more about serving the customer until the actual closing time, and less about closing early to go play on their phone. Will never do business here again.

This place is getting worse. I ordered 2 coffees. Notice only one was rang in so I mentioned there was two. So they had to ring in two separate transactions which is fine. I get to the window and the cashier was confused. So finally after figuring it out, i handed him the cash and then he asked if i would like to use the remaining change for the second transaction. Sure of course. In the process of ringing in the second transaction he handed me back my change, 3 dollars short. I told him i was short and he seemed really confused. Then handed me one coffee and said goodbye. I was still waiting for my second coffee which i told him and he got confused and then asked which coffee it was, both the same coffees. Finally got it. Really just lack of communication and focus going on.
