Service was ok during this pandemic. Usually this location is excellent, but 2nd speaker apparently needs work because worker was rude and yelled that she couldn't hear me on it. Sent me to window to order. It was crowded, guess she was tired of telling each person at that speaker the same thing.

It was clean, in my order they did not give me napkins and always fast.

The cashier at the first window was very friendly and polite. The person that handed me my order didn’t say anything. Gave me my food and drink and closed the window. After I got her attention to open the window and asked for napkins and a straw she seemed like it was a bother.

If you enjoy getting half of what you paid for, this is the location for you. Had not had a drink of this or one bit of the ice cream. Great work, team.

Usually when I ask for 'fresh' cooked food they go out of their way and it is delicious. Yesterday, they over cooked the fish, which shows mevthey stuck a cook fish back in fryer. The fries I asked for fresh were warm, not hot. I ate half and threw out the rest. Over $7 with of food is expensive enough to get fresh HOT food

Good deals on their bundle meals. Long line, but pretty fast getting through. Great service. Will be back.

Staff are not trained in customer service and most have no skills in the area of excellent customer care. Some are rude and some do not keep the mask on in this pandemic.
