Panera Bread

I have missed Panera! I was happy to get some while I was in NC for a visit. Please open a few locations in UT!! My experience would have been a 5 star if the person working the front would have been at her station instead of in the back customer dining area socializing with her friend without a view of the front door to see when customers came into the store. She also wasn't very friendly. The person preparing our food was very nice and professional.

Could be better, we had ordered the night before and they was something in our food. When I called this morning the person I talked to on the phone hinted that I was a liar even when I had taken pictures of what had happened. I was able to go get another sandwich (they compt it) but only received half of our whole sandwich that we had an issue with. Thank you for kinda fixing it but it could have been better. They were a little rude and the food could have been better. I don't think we'll be back.

I hadn’t been to this location in a few years because every time I went they were out of what I was ordering. I was informed by someone that they have flatbread pizza so I gave it a try. The pizza was good. I also ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. The portion size was very small and it smelled very unpleasant. I couldn’t even eat it for the smell. I used the drive thru and it was very slow. While I was waiting I could all the employees gathered in a corner talking and laughing not even in a hurry to fix the food. I don’t eat there a lot anyway so it will probably be a few more years before I return.

We have been coming to the Panera for years, even before they moved to this location. Recently this store has improved the quality of their food and the amount of food on your plate. However, they are failing miserably on cleanliness. We always have to clean our own table, they let the dirty dishes stack up to the point it is not safe or sanitary before they remove the trays. The floors always have food residue on them. My wife was disgusted the other day when she returned form the restroom. She said they are not cleaning them like they should, and they have been lax for some time. She returned and took 2 photos but I cannot get them to upload. I have noticed the same problem in the mens room. I'm always disgusted when there is urine puddles under the urinal. I am surprised the health department has not cited them. The Panera Bread in Chapel Hill is much more attentive to cleanliness.

Ordered through door dash. My potato soup tasted very fishy, reminded me of clam chowder. Unsure why potato soup would be fishy tasting. Also ordered coffee, brownie and turkey bravo sandwich. Sandwich and coffee were good but brownie was hard. Not sure if I want to eat here again. Seems like the food is better at Panera in Chapel Hill. I think 2 stars is very generous of me.
