Five Guys

It seems that it’s been forever since I had eaten at a Five Guys burger shop. I had not eaten the whole day and it was nearly 6 PM and I was overdue for a nice meal. I was just walking through the neighborhood and saw the Five Guys and thought: “it’s time“! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with all the ingredients I wanted and a small order of fries. The restaurant wasn’t busy and my burger and fries were delivered quickly and, as always, or perfectly cooked and delicious. It reminded me to not wait so long between visits to a Five Guys!

Food is probably fine, haven’t eaten yet but wanted to make a comment about the service. The guy in the black shirt who I assume is the manager couldn’t be bothered to say ANYTHING when I came in to pick up an order. Place is dead so not busy, after 10 minutes of standing there being avoided by the manager, I finally asked about my order, received a mumble and a stare and waited an additional 10 minutes to have a milkshake made, food was ready when I walked in. Not sure what his issue is but will never be back to this location. Which sucks as someone who just moved to the area.

The Five Guys in Burlingame has always served a great burger. On my recent visit i ordered my usual cheeseburger 🍔 with fries and i can attest to the consistency of the food, tastes, presentation, and quality. Everything that i expected in a good cheeseburger existed at Five Guys. The dining room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. The parking was a bit challenging since the location is next to Safeway, Pizza my Heart, and a shopping center. My only concern was the loud terrible music. The indoor speaker system was so loud, i had to speak loudly so my guests could hear our conversation. I highly recommend a visit to Five Guys.

Cashiers, chefs, and all other staff are doing a great job. I'm always welcome to this store. It's always clean, and they always keep all kinds of sodas filled up on the machine. They are clean, they pay attention to details of my order, and they are just doing above and beyond! I love the Five Guys on Primrose. Keep it up, guys!
