Burger King

A tip for the employees of this establishment..."Anything worth doing is worth doing well." I ordered the impossible whopper meal. The sandwich was so sloppily thrown together that it wasn't even worth eating. All my toppings were all on one side of the burger, my fries were cold, didn't have any salt on them & to top it off I ordered a sprite but when I tasted it...it was water!🤷🏾‍♂️ DO BETTER or simply find something else to do!🤔

I can't speak about the inside of this location but the outside was clean, I was there for lunch hour and they weren't all that busy and it still took quite a while to get my food. The guy taking my order did not read back my order to me he also did not verbally tell me my total, he basically took my order and then remained silent with no communication. Then when I get to the window to pay and get my food there was a different guy taking my payment and again there was no communication, my fruit punch drink was running all over the side of the cup so bad I had to use a hand rag in my truck to whipe the cup off first before I could reach back out the window to grab my food bag. There was no thank you or have a good day or anything of that nature, it was kind of odd the lack of communication at this location. The fries were hot and the Burger was good. The reason I give them 2 Stars is because the complete lack of communication, there was NO DRINK STRAW IN THE BAG and I didn't realize it till I'd already pulled away from the window. ( So annoying when that happens!) and how badly by drink was running all over the outside of the cup and the guy handing it to me had to of seen it and did nothing before handing it out the window to me, it was really that bad and nobody wants all that sticky in their vehicle....

Dine in available so we went for it... Ordering was straight forward. Getting the food timely too, but cleanliness was in need. Table and floor was sticky and food debris on the tables we could sit at. Not talking sanitized extreme, but just needed a proper wipe down. Quality and taste of the meals was good.

I usually go during lunch and get great service. I went tonight to pick up dinner for the family and the customer service is definitely lacking at night. I was asked to pull forward since my meal was still cooking so their drive thru timer stays at a lower time so it looks like their drive thru service times are quick. But when they can't get the order right and I have to pull around again only to have the workers not apologize for their error and said "give them whatever they want" when I really just wanted what I actually ordered, the last thing I'm worried about is quick service. Quality over quantity. I'll stick to going during lunch from now on.
