Fantastic customer service. I rented the place out for my sons birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. They do NOT allow the costume character to come out any longer- I purchased one from Amazon and they were cool with that. The manager, general manager, and nice lady helping us were all amazing. It was $25 a kid only from 9am-11pm. I was NOT expecting to get the professionalism nor the amazing customer service from a place like this. I first called and it was like 5 minutes before close- I figured they wouldn’t even answer but they did abs I wasn’t rushed off the phone. I booked the same night. I was then followed up with a call that same week (I booked over a month in advance) . They also called me the week of. They were patient with all of my questions and treated us like vip. Food was great, customer service was good, they cleaned the night before abs the morning of! The goody bags stunk but, I don’t know what I was expecting. I tossed most of it. I don’t think the kids really cared but it was one less thing I had to do. The service was flawless and they went above abs beyond. Thank you Nader and Deborah! You made our day truly special!

Can't wait for the pandemic to be over so these type of places can get back to normal. Sadly no big crowd. But no waiting for games! Pizza was good, wings were tiny, games are FUN! Salad bar closed. Serving Beer and wine. Look for a package deal that includes food and games but compare with al-a-carte pricing!

This is not my first pick compared to the other 2 in my area. It's Saturday so I was prepared for it to be busy. There were no birthday party events when we arrived. It got crowded quickly and the line was nearly out the door. The only 2 employees working were having to run back and forth from the kitchen to the counter and to the game floor. I felt so bad for them. There seemed to be only one chef in the back cooking all the orders and I only seen what looked like a manager once the entire time. The 2 employees who were on the shift between 2 p.m - 9 p.m on Saturday September, 12 at the Buford Chuck E Cheese. A young girl and a boy both of color, deserve a praise and acknowledgement! Not once through all the chaos and challenges they were faced with they always kept a smile on their face and showed excellent customer service to everyone! They kept a great attitude! I know they were extremely exhausted but I'm hoping they will somehow see this message because I wasn't able to get their names. They deserve some acknowledgment! Thank you!

The folks here are awsome; always very friendly and accomadating. I was very surprised at how good their pizza was the first time we came so tend to get one every visit. Someone was having their 21st birthday party the last time we were here and the appetizer spread they had out for them looked delish; it is a very quirky and smart idea to have your birthday here now since the crowds are generally light and your kids can play games super cheap while you and your friends enjoy yourselves.

One of the nicest chuck E cheese's i ever went to. They recently had a re model. It is very clean with new games. Of course the kids love this place. It does get crowded on the weekends because of birthday parties. Weekdays are the best because it is empty or less crowded. Also now they have a point or minute system on the cards(Check on the website for coupons). The minutes work out with the younger kids and when we are on a time schedule they know once 30 minutes or 60 minutes is up we have to leave. Great experience
