Super disappointed to return home and find this as my medium fry. Really? Do better.
Edit: we went to arbys to get the fries. We even went to the arbys up the road that turned us away because of technical difficulties. So we drove even further.
The fries we got were also disgusting. I will not be returning to either arbys and will tell the people around me about my experience.

THIS LOCATION PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Update: Food here is still good, but if you dine in, take a closer look. This restaurant is due for some heavy cleaning and overall upgrade. Just look at the napkin dispenser. Take a closer look at the trays you're eating on; are they really clean? Windows are smeared, tables need cleaning, etc. Employees need to spend more time out front; they weren't that busy. Been coming to this location for years; really disappointing.

Curly potatoes were crisp and soft inside. But the sandwich was just plain. I could not feel any difference as before even though new menus.

Had a opportunity yesterday to go into this establishment and sit down to eat. BIG shout out to Aaron and his crew. Very friendly, very attentive and stayed smiling. If you get a chance go in and enjoy the spectacular service they gave me

Cheese on slider after asking for cheese to be left off. Fries were cold. Chicken on slider appeared to have freezer burn (see picture). Cashier rude, refused to look or speak to me.

This location appears to be shut down and CLOSED. We just came by 01/17/2022. The Arby's sign has been removed from the side of the building. It seemed like in the past year they had been having trouble keeping the place fully staffed : /

The food is always great. But if you're going to order on line. Be prepared for some glitches. I drove down about 15 minutes as suggested but our order hadent come through. I left to check at another Arby's a couple of miles away when the first Arby's called to say the order just came in. Long story short, the whole thing took about half an hour.

Rude impatient manager. Talks to customers the same as (I'm sure) he does his employees. Take him off drive-thru if he cant handle it without being condescending to customers who are trying to order as quickly as THEY can but not as fast as HE thinks they should right after they just drive up!
