Staff was 5 stars, food was 1. Ordered a club, came with white bread, shredded iceberg, and the mayo tasted like 1000 island. To be fair it was July 4th and I figured the corporate owners gave 0 Fs about their staff, and I wasn't wrong. But hey, it was the only thing open.

Very friendly staff and food was ready and waiting when I got there. I didn't have to wait long before being helped and they had the order waiting at the bar for me which saved time. It was clean and the atmosphere was nice and inviting. They had a sign up front with specials along with their happy hour deals. Food is delicious with lots of options including some dietary needs food items. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody.

I wish I could upload the video I took. This is what I recieved from my order on door dash. I did not know that Applebee’s microwaves their spinach and artichoke dip, that’s really gross. It was crusted to the sides of the container because it had been overly microwaved and the Parmesan cheese..at least that’s what it’s supposed to be was really gross looking and not even melted it was hard. Much worse then pictured. Really wish I didn’t pay $11 for overly microwaved dip.

Normally I really like Applebees.. The last few time I have ordered at this one could have been better. One day they missed the Pico for my Fiesta chicken. Another time they forgot the southwest sauce on it. This time around they forgot an entree, ordered 2 for 20 something menu. so 3 trays to go, and they miss 1.

A terrible experience all around. The steak did not look like or taste like meat. It tasted like a cheap hamburger you get in a school cafeteria. The waitress was unbelievably rude. I can not believe someone would treat others humans that way in general, let alone in a costumer service position. And that was just in typical restaurant conversations that she would roll her eyes and make demeaning comments. We didn't ask for anything special.

GREAT service from Ben. Meal was good and the Perfect Margaritas were perfect.
We were hesitant due to previous issues at other locations. Glad we went and will be coming back!!

Ordered car side to go. They forgot 2 of our burgers and the dressing for 2 salads. Went back after calling and telling them all that we were missing. An employee tried to argue with me saying that when we called that we stated we never got the salads when we clearly repeated 3 times on the phone that we got the salads but they just didn’t come with the dressings. Unprofessional for trying to argue with a customer.

Curbside to go took 20 mins after I showed up. Witch if the apps going to tell me what time to show up a little off is fine but 20 minutes? Then have customization on the app to make it my way and none of them where followed. Then the fries looked less filled then McDonald's. I will not be ordering curbside to go again or be coming back anytime soon.
