The staff at this is store especially nice. We had a large take out order and absolutely everything was on point. The fries were hot and fresh, sandwiches made perfectly. Thank you!

This location is terrible. The order is incorrect every time I order food. The drive threw clerk was incoherent and not understandable. The clerk even gave us a hard time about giving us our receipt. Go to Wendy's down the street, less than 1 min away.

Around 4am 03/09/2022 I ordered from ubereats from this restaraunt. My driver goes to pick up the food and the worker there cursed him out and kicked him out the store yelling at him saying “Well I dont have the f’ing order…”

This McDonalds is the best around the area, they have a good crew that moves the drive thru along nicely. I like a place that will great you and also tell you to have a good day.

Came thru drivethru at 11:50pm on April 2nd. Wanted to place an order as well and the lady told me I can’t order and pick up doordash. Never had a problem b4. Guess you don’t want my money

My food was so cold I thought they took it out of the trash and gave it to me and the line for the drive-thru was very long I am very disappointed and because places of business like this do not care what type of experience their customers have I will not visit this place again

Went in after I was given free meal token for a dissatisfied visit at another location.
Fries were salty, saggy and burnt-, god knows how many times they were reheated. I like salty, this I had to shake inside the bag to have the salt fall off and still couldn’t eat them. Burger was a mess, drink was terrible. I’m guessing I should just start removing McDonald’s from my visits ALL TOGETHER.
2 stars because they gave me nice service, even though I had to go eat inside my vehicle because the tables and chairs were nasty, looked like hadn’t been clean all day, it was only 2pm…
McDonald’s needs to start doing undercover visits, dress as norma people and see what we have to deal with. Is so fkn sad that is always in the city locations, when I go to Lockport or Amherst or Elma I have zero complaints ever. Y’all need to step up and be the good y’all want to see in the world 😂 this is ridiculous
