I love there subs, especially with all the vegetables you can get.

I ate a sub from there about 2hours ago...
Been throwing up since and threw up the sub and now my stomach is hurting really badly. Save your money and take your business elsewhere, also none of the employees had masks on and were coughing constantly.

Arrived at 6:45 pm on Saturday the 4th of September. Open sign is on. Person standing behind the counter. Hours say they are open until 8. Door is locked. As soon as the person working notices me he turns off the open sign. Ok. Message recieved. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order on their mobile app only to show up and it had been voided. I walked in and they were completely unaware that I had even made an online order so I showed them the order only to notice it had just been voided and she said to order again. So I did and the ticket got printed and she put it to the side and started helping the next person?????? After waiting for 15 minutes for her to finish helping everyone else (mind you I just waited after someone ordering 3 subs to even tell them I had a mobile order) she then tried to only give me one sub even though I ordered two on but one get one. I also ordered TWO cookies one chocolate chip and the other cheesecake and I received one raisin.... So basically what I’m wondering is why the hell the only qualifications to work here is no common sense?

Online orederd at 10 and they didnt make it til I got there at noon. Two people came in and out while i waited for my order. Was asked if I wanted it "warm" I asked for toasted but he did not. Will not be going back to this location

This location of subway was the worst experience and customer service I have ever received with any restaurant business. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered an Italian BMT salad last night through doordash and when it arrived it was essentially a bowl of spinach. It was not chopped up, there was no lettuce, it was missing onions, and barely any meat. I did not even eat the salad because I found it so pathetic. I called the store this morning and tried speaking with the woman on the phone, explaining my concerns with the order. She relentlessly spoke over me. I was trying to answer one of her questions when she began arguing with me. In an effort to de-escalate the situation, I explained that there was no need to argue. The woman HUNG UP on me- a CUSTOMER. I tried calling back several times and she sent me to voicemail.
Subway, do better.

An average Subway store. You get the same in all of them. Prices are lower than a normal fast food place, but you also generally get less Ingredients on your sub.
This one was busy when I went. The one girl was trying to make subs, cash out orders and still run to cooler for more stuff. I felt for her

I placed an online order and canceled it but they never gave back my money. I called the manger he said I would get the money back in three to five days but, it’s been one month and I didn’t get anything back. I called the store many times and sometimes they answer and they tell me they will call me back but they never do. Sometimes I call them and they don’t answer. I went to the store they said the manger wasn’t there and they gave me fake phone number. So basically they stole my money!!!!
