I don't want to be insensitive. However, the girl who took care of my order and I had a huge language barrier.
Maybe for the future, include picture menu with items available for easier communication. Like point and click. One can still communicate quantities with no. of fingers.
The reason I did not give 5 stars was because her partner at the counter saw the struggle and did not help her. At all. I ended up with coffee and Tim bits and that's because I pointed to the ad on counter. I wanted a wrap and drink.
Someone should have given her help in communicating.

Mocha Iced Coffee completely disgusting and bitter. Plus coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup! What a waste of money. Don't employees realize that times are hard and going to fast food restaurants now a days is a treat more than a necessity. We're spending our hard-earned money on their products it shouldn't be garbage!! Management really needs to better train their employees.

God. Why do I keep coming here. Personally I think Dunkin and Starbucks are better. My kids like it. But coffee is bitter,acidic and taste like it's been sitting around for hours. Orders are always wrong. The sandwiches..ugh..disgusting and turn up the toaster..bagels are always barely toasted. Cold with a mountain of cream cheese..just gross. Hate this place but to each their own. My kids like it..so whatever.

Have no espresso when I order but didn’t say until I check out, I could have order something else. Then gave me a hot chocolate with powder inside

The iced drinks is good. Donuts are delicious. Only thing is every other time I go in the morning the Latte machine is not working.

I went here 6 times in a row and they forgot to give me my full order I had to drive back several times just to get my items I ordered. Today I ordered and they didn’t put sugar in any of the coffees I ordered, this is ridiculous.

Every time I go to a Tim hortons , my usual drink is always made differently. This time was the worst. Customer service was great. But whomever made my cold brew did a horrible job

Not a very good restaurant. Items on the menu not available, unable to do a tea latte of any kind. Not to mention being swarmed by panhandlers both on the way in and out of the drive-thru. I would pass and try a different location
