Visited a week ago and the gravy was like water. They said they’d replace them next time. Came in tonight and they forgot the sauce for our tenders, the fries were 1/2 empty and the gravy was dripping all over the food containers. It was also still like water. So I drove back to the store. Waited for about 10 min to be helped because the girl at the counter disappeared and she had the personality of a wet sock. Never smiled and said hi. Never said sorry for the mess up. Etc. the manager even came over and the only words she spoke to me were “do you have a receipt”. Which I didn’t because they never gave me one. I will literally never visit this location again.

No customer service whatsoever. Went to this KFC to feed my family. I get it, it was Friday night, busy. I went inside, customers in front of me were taken care of. When it was my turn the cashier left. Didn't acknowledge I was waiting. Could of said "Hi I'll be with you in a moment" but no. 5 minutes later no else noticed we were waiting. So we walked out the door. Very bad experience. Will not be coming here no more. I was very disappointed.

The worst experience ever! My mother went and ordered an 8 piece meal and also a number 14. She told me her experience how she spoke to the G.M. Heather and Heather told her if you didn’t like your food come back in and get a replacement but had to be the same day! She also said make sure you bring all the food back. I couldn’t believe it so I called a few hours later because we had morning errands. I got the same response. My mom said the chicken was gross, the fries were soggy! So my parents had served their plates then when the food tasted nasty they threw it in the trash. Heather told me to bring back the order and they would give us the order another time. I took back the 8 piece chicken mash potatoes remaining biscuits and the touched served food went in the trash! I went to go get the refund and she looked at fries and said they are soft I said soggy she said hmmm well from 10 to 2 that would be soggy. VERY RUDE VERY CHILDISH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She also said since two biscuits were missing and the small coleslaw we wouldn’t get an entire refund I said what did you want me to do bring what we threw in the trash she said yes. I couldn’t believe the treatment that was given by KFC G.M. We will never go back. It’s unbelievable how the manager treats customers!!!!! Clearly customers are not always right in this location I even got told cost of living went up and food missing even if it was have eaten the whole order should of been brought back. Cost of living so did gas prices yet I had to come back and bring the nasty food and then I was told I was the only one to complain today well what does that mean again maybe there were different cooks idk what to tell you. Clearly unprofessional!!!!! Our maybe my family knows the food wasn’t cooked correctly and others don’t regardless we weren’t satisfied and Heather made excuses one after another and never took responsibility!

i came through the drive through and when i went to pay i didnt notice they got my order wrong when i checked my items i noticed i was missing a famous bowl so i asked if they could charge me for another one which i was missing and they told me i would have to go around and get back in line because there was 1 customer behind me and i refused because i told them exactly repeated my order 3 times then the the window person got the manager who clearly i could tell she was no manager and she told me the same thing so i told her i could understand if that was my fault if i forgot to order but it was on their end they took my order wrong and she in a mean attitude way told me she heard everything on her headset which i had my car camera on which records at all times audio and visual in and outside my car but i didnt want to argue with them so i still said thank you even though you have horrible customer service here. They took longer arguing about how i didnt order what i wanted instead of charging me and handing me my food that wouldve been alot faster and the best thing to do and keep customers happy. The person behind me also had to wait longer because i had 2 rude emplyoyees arguing with me when i was extra polite. I personally know this is not tolerated at all in many places they would be fired on the spot. So I left with my order incomplete the only reason why i disnt request a refund was because my daughters wanted kfc and what was missing was for mw if not i wouldve requested my money back. This place needs to handle management alot better because if you allow rude employees to make your paying customers never want to come back the owner is loosing business.

I gave it 3 stars bc the employees act like they don't want to help you. There was 1 friendly employee. The girl just kind of threw my food at me and walked away when I still needed salt, napkins and tea. And they didn't have pepper. The one in ohx didn't gave oeper either. That's weird. But I will say I do love their chicken.

I love KFC. This KFC is by far the Worst!! I’ve been there a few times, but I just won’t be back. Every time I go it’s disappointing. Always very bad customer service. This Place needs New Management. I went today, no chicken little bread and no Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew.

The chicken is way too greasy...the butter was frozen the napkins r too thin...they were out of every drink that we wanted and they were out of ranch dressing for my granddaughters fries...we were very disappointed. Oh and the straws were too skinny

Just yuck! I really like KFC chicken, but the Buckeye location continues to leave me disappointed each time. Chicken is always overcooked, dried up and dark brown. They can never get it right. Just tear down the building and start over!
