Taco Bell

I went through the drive through. My order was ready pretty quickly. I had ordered 2 cravings boxes and one was in a box and one was not. The contents were just thrown in a bag with some other items. Cinnamon twists were missing. We asked for a few mild sauces and several hot but instead we got a million mild sauces and only a few hot. The chalupa shells tasted really old. One of the burritos had no red sauce. 2 of the tacos had basically no meat in them. One half of my chalupa was missing meat altogether and the cheesy fiesta potatoes tasted very old. Everything was a mess….

I went through drive thru today 02/18/22 around 8 pm I asked for two bean and cheese burritos and 6 Doritos locos tacos and three drinks.I get home with my food and 😡my two burritos came with no cheese and one of them came with cream and I never asked for cream my Doritos tacos where just 3-4 little pieces of meat and lettuce and tomatoes like if they barely touched it with there hands 😡 I called the store and asked for the manager the kiddo are who ever answered the phone said how can I replaced the order?😡 no no no it’s not about replacing the order it’s about who ever you gonna hired make sure you teach them how they suppose to do their job . (This is not the first time that happens) and I had to give a star to be able to post this but if it was for me “poor poor service “

We come to this Taco Bell every time we go through this town headed to CA. They are always so kind and helpful. This trip they were out of a certain syrup to make a slushie my son ordered, so they went the extra mile to invent him a new flavor and he was so proud of it :) Thank you for going above and beyond!

The food wad good and fresh, although I have to admit the restaurant has not made any effort to fix the front main door entrance which kind of turns folks away. Not sure what happem but looks bad and gives a poor look. I gave a 3 star due to how long the front entrance door has been boarded up. Also we found some burt piece if something in my daughter's taco.

The app is impossible to use. It changes my order by removing customizations and items from my cart and won’t let me fix them. It puts you in an endless cycle of trying to fix your order. You can’t redeem free items without the app so they’ve created a useless rewards program. The app should make ordering quick and simple and instead causes frustration.
