Best kept secret in College Station! The chicken fried steak is the best I've ever had. Steaks are good and cooked perfectly. Burgers are about average. Fried okra and banana pudding are also good! Parking is tight but restaurant is pleasantly not busy at 6pm on a Friday night. Staff is friendly and food comes out fast. 10/10 would go again!

Found this GEM - we ordered the fried catfish basket that came with fries, hush puppies, fried corn triangles, and coleslaw. We also had the chicken fried steak with bake potato. Both were topped off with Boots Sasparilla Root beer which was amazing. They also have antiques throughout for sale. Interesting place.

Food was excellent. Servings are large. I had a mushroom swiss burger with a side of fried okra. They also Boots soda. My companion had a huge Philly Cheese steak with mushrooms and wedge fries. He said it was delicious. It was a great decor, a couple of cases of antiques for sale, and it is very competitively priced. The road bar, while limited, looked very fresh.

I haven't been here since I moved from Bryan 5 years ago. I am glad to see they are still in business. Freshest salad bar in town! Must try the banana pudding!!!! I've tried many items on the menu. My favorite was the steak sandwich on the wheat roll with a side of sweet potato fries. Another honorable mention is the burger when paired with jalepenos (juice and all). Might sound simple but so good!

This was my first time here and I have to say that I was quite pleased with the offerings. There was a very good salad bar with a variety of offerings with an excellent spring mix lettuce. I ordered the 8 ounce chop steak with mushrooms and onions and it was excellent. And my fellow diners ordered hamburgers and they were very pleased as well as a ribeye that was delicious. There was a nostalgic rustic ambiance that was fitting for the restaurant which happened to be tucked away in an industrial part of Bryan. I would say that it was worth the drive to enjoy an excellent meal with family and I’ll look forward to the next visit here.

I had the ribeye steak, salad, and baked potatoe today. The steak was cooked to perfection and was very delicious as well as the baked potato. The salad was fresh and crisp. Afterwards I decided to try their apple cobbler. It was amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly with a smile and very attentive. The atmosphere is also great, rustic and small home town feel. I HIGHLY recommend The Feed Barn.
