Very expensive place.
The Chinese guy he doesn't know what he is doing, especially in the register. l asked him a question about my subway rewards. I tried a lot of way to scan my card and l couldn't. I asked him ( why l can't) about this little issue and he doesn't know. Unbelievable. I won't come here again.

Ordered a subway club twice, they gave me a bologna sandwich. I reached out to subway on Facebook to see if the menu changed and it didn’t. Not sure why they did that but it’s highly disappointing Bc they used to be my go to spot

Worst customer service i ever experienced, place a pick up and my order missing 3 cookies, when i came back they said they ran out of chocolate cookies and didn't aplogies,not until i ask for different type of cookies.They should have offer me right when i first came in the store, not expecting me to walk out with my missing order. Yes part of it my fault not to also check right in the spot but how do i know they ran out of something without them notify me ? Waste my time.

The worst Subway I've ever been to. Horrible people run the place. Won't accept Subway coupons. If you don't have your Subway card, you could usually enter your phone number to get points added to your account. This is the only Subway I've been to where they won't let you enter your number. Nasty attitudes. Avoid!! There's a much better Subway on Harway Ave just 5 minutes away by car.

It's subway... it's chain food.. it's the same everywhere you go.... only reason I gave 3 stars.. guy who works the place.. hard working.. constantly moving. Good customer service.. the food... ITS SUBWAY....
