Dunkin'

Most employees are nice, but some are utterly miserable. I’ve had my online orders stolen twice and each time they have replaced it. However it takes forever for online orders to be made. Most employees are kind but there are a few who are rude when you ask them about your order - doesn’t matter if you placed it mobile over 15 minutes ago, they’ll snap at you saying that they’re swamped. I understand it is difficult during morning rushes, but saying something like “sorry about the wait, we’re a bit swamped. your order will be ready soon” instead of raising your voice is much better. oh well.

Went for a hot chocolate, place was empty .. exempt me & 3 employees. Was their during the snowstorm - and was exhausted from shoveling. Just wanted my hot drink and to go. They were all chatting away .. finally I got my stuff , paid .. got home. Phew .. but , after I sipped my drink I realize my hot chocolate is a coffee. Either their not smart ( I’m being nice ) or super lazy. 3 employees for one order and they mess it up. So walked back 5 blocks in the snow , walked in , and they were in a full conversation again. Nobody to help me. Crazy ! I had to interrupt their personal talk , to get my drink fixed. Then she told me I can throw away the other one. Unbelievable, that such a large corporation DUNKIN , that pays so much rent , for a prime location , hires people with such poor work ethic. Seemed like I disturbed them - to re order My drink after they messed it up. : / Not going back to that location again - bye

Staff were not professional. They were out of size medium cups and out of iced tea. I ordered a small iced latte and what they gave me was not a latte but just coffee with milk added on top. They could have at least charged me for a regular coffee with milk if they were not going to give me an actual latte. Definitely will not be returning, wouldn’t recommend.
