Dunkin'

I come every morning for the sweet black pepper egg and white cheddar wrap , ice latte , and hash browns and everyday I’m getting American cheese on my wrap , my bacon not cooked through and my latte is not a latte , I’m getting regular coffee ... this is my last morning ordering here ... I wanted what I paid for and I got what they wanted to give me . Disappointed

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I had a coupon for a free wake up wrap, so I went here to redeem it. After I ordered the wrap and presented it to the cashier who is also the owner, I was told by him "don't even give me that, because it says on there only valid after 11am". So at that point I had no problem because I took it that he knew what he was talking about and I told him I'd be back later to redeem it. Upon returning to my car, I realized that there was no such time restriction on the coupon. I then proceeded to another location ordered and presented the coupon with no issue at all. I will definitely never visit this location again.

Years ago this Dunkin Donuts use to be really good, but for some odd reason in the past couple of years this place has went WAY down in service and OLD TIMERS hanging out in the place. The place was shut down for health reason and now open back up again. I assume they will be a whole lot better since they just open up the doors again. Lines are long in the early in the morning and on Sundays because of CCC (Church).

My Flatlands oasis! So there I was, wandering Brooklyn with a super-special lunch but no coffee - and then, I found it: this Dunkin', rising from the coffee-less concrete desert. Once inside, I was rightly fixed up with some cold brew, and my meal proceeded. I ended up spending a good, long lunch hour at the place, eating and sipping and reading, accompanied by some similarly laid-back Brooklynians - heaven! The only snafu came afterward, when I was disappointed to find no bathroom; but, after all, this is common in NYC. All told: I quite enjoyed myself, and would gladly return here for a sequel. Big thanks to all the good folks who run this place. Keep it up :-)
