Today I did something very stupid and went running in freezing weather without gloves on. I ran 3 miles around Prospect Park freezing cold and, instead of running straight back to my apartment like an intelligent person would have done, I ran to Dunkin Donuts, thinking that a hot drink would warm me up more quickly than if I would be warmed up if I went straight home. But as soon as I walked into Dunkin Donuts, I somehow felt even colder than I had when I was outside. I burst out crying; my hands felt like they were burning cold. The man behind the counter took me in, let me wash my hands with hot water, sat me down and brought me a hot drink, gave me munchkins, and advised me to wear a jacket in the future. He offered to call my mom -- I didn't have the heart to tell him that I am, in fact, 23 years old and supposedly an adult!
Someone give this kind man and his kind coworkers a raise!!!

People here are really nice! I go to a gym nearby, which closes at 11pm on weekdays. There are times where I'll leave the gym before it closes, order Dunkin on mobile app and the people here are nice enough to make the order for me to pick it up before they close. Very convenient!

Never thought I’d find myself writing a review for a Dunkin’ Donuts location but here we are. Coffee orders were perfect with zero mistakes, food was awesome. Best of all…they cut the bagels in half for us!!! I’m not sure I’ve ever seen another dunkin location do this. It just makes the bagel better. Thank you!

Always nails your coffee order even the ice amount. Suggest ordering online and picking up, and if you need a bathroom trying the CVS or McDonalds.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and I've never had a day like today, 01/03/2021 came in around 230pm,,whoever that guy that was at the counter has a horrible attitude geez. Overall the vanilla chai was great and so have the other times I've come for my usual cappuccino and their donuts are always fresh that's why I gave the 4 stars.

Staff is attentive and respectful. People of all ages come here to sit and enjoy coffee etc... Including Baskin Robbins Ice cream.

What can I say for a Dunkin donuts it was good the food was hot, fresh as quick food can be and the staff made no mistakes. I just wish Dunkin donuts cut their bagels in half ! All locations! Lol please I'd you read this start cutting your bagels in half . Fresh donuts in the morning and also this locations coffee wasn't watered down with to much milk.

This place is awesome, you can tell that the people behind the counter are all family. They way they work together, allows them to work smarter, and effectively. They listen to your order and they make a damn good latte, hot or iced. I've been to many other dunking locations in the area and they simply aren't as good and fast as these people are! And if they mess, up, they easily just remake your order, and that what true customer service is about.

I always order an almond milk hazelnut latte (unsweetened) and a wake up wrap and they get it right the first time... Always! ! ! Even while training new staff. That's why I'm a regular! I only have them for stars because they're a little pricey because they're downtown Brooklyn, but they make me happy!
