Asked for a simple "iced Americano" and none of the three employees knew what that was, despite it being a regular fixture on every Dunkin menu across New England. So then I decided to try the new extra charged coffee, and they put at least 4 creams in it. The drink is white. Won't be returning here.

Horrible location. Asked for a simple egg and cheese on croissant with hash browns and I got an english muffin and no hash browns. Always terrible attitude from employees. Avoid.

Bad experience ever. I asked for the special offer bacon egg and cheese without bacon; since I'm Muslim; the manager refused!! I was going to pay money and they can keep their bacon. When I said forget it, she in a rude way said "GO"!! Bad service ever.

Employees have always been problematic here since 2016 but as of 2020 it's a complete nightmare. Nasty manager and belligerent staff with heavy language barrier. Haven't ordered coffee there in years so cant rate quality because I tried recently and it was such a debacle I just walked out.
If I am correct the owners are one of the major franchises in this area alongside Leo and the other family-and they shud KNOW BETTER than to run a shop this way.
Needs an overhaul of staff.

I go to this dunkin’ pretty regularly, especially in the mornings. Despite them being absolutely slammed sometimes, I’ve never had an issue with my order and the people there work hard.

They close at 3 today, went there at 2:30 and they had the door locked and wouldn’t even open it when I tried to inquire about the closing time discrepancy. Terrible way to treat a customer.
