It was okay, soft enough for me to eat, so for my convenience it was good. The junkyard fries is actually sad for its price in my opinion. The employees was pretty chill and got us what we asked for. The second time around an employee sounded like they were going to throw a fit when I asked if pancake platter was available.

When you come to Krystal you are always ready to be treated badly. Well guess what not at this Krystal. You are greeted with smiles by not just kadesia but all employees. The food is good and hot. Suggestion you got to try the max out fries junkyard is what they call them.this resturant is very clean. Outstanding customer service..The only problem I see is no name tags.

Well I made an order of fries with chili sauce for 4.99 $ and I know it's cheap but I still expected a little better. Maybe the amount was fine for that price, that's up to you to decide in the picture, but the fries tasted old. And not 30 minutes old. Hours old. So even though it was a good chili sauce, the fries were a disappointment.

Didn't know they serve breakfast. Ordered the 3 egg plate. Comes with egg to your liking, toast or biscuit, grits or tots, and bacon or sausage. Everything was good except the grits. That was the worst grits i had. They were so runny. It was like gritty water. Definitely recommend improving. The dining room was clean and so were the bathrooms.

Been a customer for over 10 years. Decent customer service, decent food...but If I'm paying my hard earned money...I don't expect to get stale hash browns for my morning breakfast. I threw them right in the trash. They were awful. Please cook FRESH hash browns next time

Sure, the food came out correct and hot, but took over ten minutes. Staff was not friendly at all, and after going back to the counter to check on the order, was given a lot of eye rolls and attitude that they would bring it out when ready. No one with this lack of pride in their job deserves $15 an hour! Management needs to either retrain or just mass fire the staff!

Could have had my burgers a little better made, but I enjoyed still them. Service a little slow, but accurate. They just need more people to work during their rush hours to help better prepare the food quickly.
