The wait was kind of long.. no one was in line when I arrived. Yet I waited approximately 5-6 minutes to get my food! I then asked the cashier was my food fresh n she just laughed n said yes! Well, it was fresh except my lil chilli dogs🤷🏾♀️ but that Krystal chik was goooodt

Open late on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I believe they're open until 2am. Quick service and good food.

I haven't had a Krystal hamburger in years. They were just as I remembered them. The bun was steamed, the onions caramelized, a dab of mustard, a pickle and the thin juicy burger. The french fries were hot and crispy. Really brought back good memories.

Similiar to white castle but waaaay better... Me and my tummy were very happy! Everything was so good, I haven't had a good corn dog in ages lol... but customer service was excellent, food was hot and tasted fresh, nothing was overly or under salted 🤗. My sister and i had two separate orders they got both right!! I would move to Brookhaven just for this restaurant 😋. I also love that they put mustard on the sandwiches. Yes 100% recommend.

I haven't ate at this Krystal's b4 an haven't eaten at a Krystal's n many many years but they taste the same as they should. Glad 2 know I can drive 2 hours 2 my besties house an they still r the great tasty burger as always

Ordered 20 Krystal’s. Spent $45 dollars. Left and hit the interstate and starting pulling food out. Krystal’s were so hard on bottom edges that you could literally knock on them. 15 of them were not edible! :(

The burgers were delicious as always. We stopped in Brookhaven, Ms. just as we have for 30+ years. Sadly, the customer service was pathetic. The employees act as though it's a place to play, basically throw your food out the drive through. Had to ask for my drink twice. No receipt, no straws, not even a thanks. As much as we love the burgers, those employees will be a reason not to stop there anymore. Hard to believe they are what you allow to represent your business.

The Crystal's steam over which made them Very soggy ordered 4 of them only ate 2. I couldn't eat them.
