Wendy's

Why would I write a review for a random Wendy’s? Because this Wendy’s had the NICEST management/workers I’ve ever seen. They were kind to me, my toddler, and all the customers. They were so patient with a prank caller and angry mobile order mess-up. So responsive to us and have everyone special treatment. Clean restrooms and dine-in space. And all during the dinner rush! Wow!

I used to enjoy eating Wendy’s french fries and there’s spicy chicken nuggets. The past three times I went to Wendy’s the food is undercooked, not properly packaged, and just plain disgusting. their food will literally make your stomach run… i’m not sure what they’re putting in fast food these days; but Wendy’s is definitely getting the cheapest ingredients possible. Their workers also take no pride in the job. They need to do better.

Overall this Wendy's feels like a bodega; its messy (visible boxes stored in view behind the counter, etc) and staff speaking (more like yelling) in Spanish. I came for their new breakfast, which is completely disappointing and is unrecognizable from their commercials. The egg sandwich was obviously microwaved and tasted "blah". The coffee is just bad, not bitter or anything but it tastes like hot water with coffee flavoring. The "combo" includes their fries with a different seasoning. For breakfast this is a non-starter, find a nearby Chik-fil-a or a local deli.
