The guy the was the sandwich maker was rude as hell. I Said “Hello” to lady that came from the back kitchen she gave me a fake smile like she was borderline racist or something. By when the Caucasian guess came she was all smiles and googling but people are going to be who they are. The staff lacks professionalism and I will not come back to this location .

Female employee working closing was rude. We had to wait a while for her to come out from the back. No hello or smile. I ordered a slider and wanted extra cheese. Told no because there was no button for that on register. I said fine, charge me for extra cheese on the other sandwich that I ordered and I had to endure a whole spiel on how she not supposed to do this. Really? I can’t get extra cheese without being scolded like child? Won’t go back

Update: TURN-OUT THE LIGHTS the party's over! Went to this location for some sandwiches for some unexpected guests. After gathering all the orders I drove the 1/2 mile to the location out of convenience and having good service in the past only to find the doors locked at 5:39p and to see two employees cleaning and closing-up who'd not even turn to knocking on the door. While standing there another car and pedestrian also approached and expressed great disappointment to find it closed. The location is clean, great service, a model of what a good Subway should be. The owner "Julie" has gone out of her way to ask how the service is when she's not there.
