Dunkin'

I just visited this dunkin branch after a hard day of work, really hoping to have the perfect Latte as I know dunkin usually meets my expectations. However, two ladies that helped me with my order were rude and made my experience very unpleasant. when someone pays for their coffee, they expect it to be made well. When I asked for iced coffee instead of hot which she provided me- she said "NO, I've already made it!". Even if she said this in a nice manner, I would've accepted and went home without any irritation. It was the manner, the tone that made everything a horrible experience. She could've said it in a kind manner "I'm sorry, but you ordered hot and we made you hot", OR she could've just remade a new coffee. Additionally, there was another lady who took my order who looked at me like she was very angry! When I told her that I couldn't hear her saying that it was hot, she looked at me in a rude and angry manner , almost as if she wanted to get into a fight with me. I just kindly and politely said, "thats fine" and took the latte that they made. When I actually tasted the latte, it is full of sugar and almost disgusting! They basically lost a customer because of how badly they treated me. I know that they deal with a lot of horrible customers and I am sure they are burnt out, but I treated them with a lot of respect and I expected to get the same type of respect back. It's just not fair that they take out their frustration on me.

Almost every time I order sandwiches here they manage to get the order wrong. Tried online ordering so that they're they just have to read the order, no dice. Went in person and had the cashier repeat my order to me just now and they still somehow gave me the wrong sandwich. Food/coffee tastes fine and the location is convenient for me so I'll probably keep going, but just know you have to be ON TOP of these guys if you're going to get the sandwich you want. Check your receipt as soon as you get it to make sure it lists what your ordered and if not tell them.

PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS I DIDN'T LISTEN AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I went here today staff was horrible not only did barista get the order wrong she try argue with me charge me extra .the other barista just fixed the order once the order was ready she shoved the coffee and my oder making. most of the coffee spill all on me i asked for napkins and new cups she refused i took my oder walked out. The coffee that was left taste like hot water doughnuts had black burnt specs on it i ended throwing the oder away i wont ever go to this location again please don't go here horrible customer service doughnuts were suspect coffee tasted horrible not brewed they should be shutdown
