The best bakery for specialty loaves of bread, They have jalapeno/cheddar they have white chocolate and dark chocolate bread.... My drive down to the bronx was for the following Olive bread Cheese bread Prosciutto bread Delicious! Is an understatement. I buy a loaf of Prosciutto bread specifically for the drive home...i eat a loaf myself. Get here early for the Prosciutto bread, they are famous for the Prosciutto bread ☆☆☆☆☆

The fennel raisin bread was amazing. It was very busy but we didn’t have to wait too long. This was our first visit to the area and this was a highlight.

My favorite of the bakeries on Arthur Ave! The ladies who work there are very helpful. Cannolis are freshly filled and many cookies to choose from at $19/lb.

Really good bakery. Everything is always fresh. The chocolate bread is a favorite of mine. Their selection of butter cookies is also fantastic. The chocolate sandwich cookies with raspberry jelly are my favorite. Italian breads are delicious as are the pane di casa. Stop in if you are doing a food tour or if you need some bread or a sweet treat!

First visit. Purchased the raisin, fennel semolina bread with sesame seeds recommended by a friend. BAM!! It didn’t make it home. A mess in the car but worth the cleanup! The slight sweetness of the golden raisins with the hint of fennel flavor was killer! The texture and crunch of the bread awesome. Could imagine prosciutto and mozzarella on this without any other condiments. Try this even if you’re “not a raisin person”. You’ll love it too!

The loaf of cranberry walnut bread is beyond addictive. A human shouldn't even be allowed to eat a whole loaf in one day, believe me,,, you might carb overdose. Lol. Very good bread room temp or fresh out the oven. I can recommend this Bronx little Italy bakery, bery good. The cannoli I can't suggest, not that great.

Couldn’t be a better place for some fresh bread, pastries, and cookies. Wonderful historic New York Italian delicacies at a reasonable price. Hope this helps!
