Fiesta Mambo

I used to enjoy these restaurants but I feel their quality needs to improve, everything was just “okay”. The carnitas were just one note and a bit dry and the accompaniments were meh. The ceviche was good but not great, it didn’t have enough acid, it did have a touch of heart which I enjoyed. I did like the salsa, it had a nice fresh flavor. Queso was standard fare, nothing special. The service however was fantastic, a great job in that department.

My mother & I went here 3 days ago after getting our nails done at the Rose District nail salon that is right next door. No one was working the front when we walked in, we only seen one lady waiting tables & no other staff members in sight. It took a while for her to take our order since she was working multiple tables & seating guests. They don’t serve alcoholic beverages, we were wanting margaritas. My cheese enchilada was cold and the shredded cheese on the inside wasn’t completely melted. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if your looking for a margarita & a fuller staffed Mexican restaurant go elsewhere.

This place sucks. Horrible service and food. Waited forever for a table, all of the tables were dirty and even our “clean” table had a broken tortilla chip on it. staff was ignoring the line at the door of people trying to pay and be seated. Two people came and walked out in the 15 minutes we waited to be acknowledged. I wish they’d bring in a NICE Mexican restaurant to ROSE DISTRICT. You are not living up to standards of having a spot on rose district!

Decided to try some Mexican food down town Broken Arrow. Glad we did. It was really good. Salsa had really good flavor. Wasn't spicy. Queso was good. Wait staff was friendly and refilled our drinks very often and checked on us very often. Food came out hot and tasting fresh off the grill. Will be back to try some more.
