Went there about 950 Am, ordered a frozen French vanilla ice coffee NO WHIP CREAM with a Carmel swirl & some munchkins....the young lady who took my order & prepared my drink put whip cream on my drink.told her my order was wrong. She began to argue with me saying it doesn’t come with whip cream so why would I say that & we’re going back & fourth at this point. I took the whip cream off myself & asked for a cap & she told me no... left the store called over 5 times to speak with a manager no answer. Don’t go to this location terrible service & clearly no manager available.

At 6am I'd sure enjoy niceties with my coffee. To get bad attitude and terrible coffee is not a good biz model. My son asks me why do I keep going back. Idk if this wasn't the 3rd time in a row I'd say nothing. But get it together!
