Cantine

We went for a birthday gathering! The atmosphere was gorgeous! I love the wine display and coolers in the back. The drinks were delicious! The restaurant wasn’t busy, we all were there by 12:20. We had a table of 10 which I understand can be more for most servers/ bartenders. At our table of 10, 5 of us owned or worked in the restaurant industry. Our table service was just ok. Our bartender wasn’t attentive to take our drink orders and some of us assisted in clearing items off our table so we’d have room after the apps for our lunch plates. The food was amazing though.

Wasn’t even mediocre….Just horrible. I really wanted to like this place after seeing the good reviews. Me and my friends went here for brunch this morning and man was it a disaster. The server brought us a beer that we didn’t order (luckily it was good so we didn’t send it back) the chicken and waffles is basically 90% breading 10% chicken with the waffles, they kept getting my friends order wrong AND there was hair in my friends burger and skillet. It was a whole mess. Everything is just so over priced as well. Won’t be returning here.

This place is just AMAZING!! There foods are all great especially their bake brie! Bake brie I one of my favorite foods and I couldn't really find any place around Cleveland area that makes GOOD bake brie, except La Cave that used to be in Coventry (They closed down). Cantine's bake brie is amazing I almost teared up when I first ordered. Espresso Martini is phenomenal too ! This is place is now on top of my lists for go to place for sure.
