Just amazing. We walked in unbooked and they were quite busy but managed to find a table for us which we really appreciated. From start to finish the service was on point the food was plentiful and fresh. Will be returning without a doubt. Recommended to friends and family already. Thankyou.

Just love a pizza hut pizza. It's the pizza base that makes it but expensive in my opinion. Needs a few more flavour choices too. Salad bar good. Expensive drinks as everywhere these days

Well cooked food, we live in Dover. And choose Thanet to visit rather than Ashford. Customer experience great.

Popped in for lunch and was pleased we did, lovely pizza and what great service from people with smiling happy faces....all-round will definitely be back. Also there's lots of parking which is great!

Lovely food and staff would recommend the goat pizza and the loaded Mac and cheese was to die for didn't get the name of our waitress but she was so welcoming and nice

My thirteen year old son is autistic and struggles in busy and noisy environments. This can make it extremely difficult for us to take him out and enjoy a meal as a family as he will struggle And can be very uncomfortable and not enjoy it. I requested a seat in a corner of the restaurant impossible. And explained the situation I had the guy on the phone was incredibly helpful and made sure that we had a seat available in a corner of a restaurant that was nice and quiet. This Simple act made it possibl for us to sit down and enjoy a meal. I did mess up my order online but once I explained it to manager he rectified it immediately with the kitchen which was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was hot and the selection from the salad bar was extremely good and my son managed to find plenty that he could eat. I Was offered a couple of takeout boxes so we could enjoy our leftovers later on that evening at home. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff were fantastic and we will definitely be returning back to a restaurant again. A big thank you to everybody there.

We had bad experiences in past with other pizza huts but gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly greeting and nothing was too much. Completely reinvigorated our love of pizza hut again .waitress was awesome and food was delicious. Will drive out our way to go here again
